Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience in chemical/agriculture/biologicals environments preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support production activities across the manufacturing plant.
• Provide floor leadership and direction to production employees during assigned shifts.
• Cover employee absences and assist in maintaining production continuity.
• Communicate shift updates and production status to plant leadership.
• Verify production logs, batch docs, and records for accuracy.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Read blueprints and interpret technical manuals for repairs.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance efforts.
