MG Properties Group in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for Sierra Sage Apartments. The role requires hands-on work across all trades, with a strong customer service mindset to keep common areas, offices, and dwellings in excellent condition.

You will manage appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and respond to emergencies, including on-call duties, to support resident satisfaction and property value in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
• Customer service oriented with teamwork and reliability.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas and complete maintenance service requests.
• Perform appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and respond to emergencies.
• Take emergency calls and coordinate with property team as needed.
