Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities of vendors and workers for repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment.
• Direct day-to-day workload of Maintenance Technicians and supervise safety practices.
• Report status to Maintenance Manager and manage project requirements.
• Plan and implement new methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Train new technicians and manage a maintenance software program.
