Job summary

A leading North American apparel retailer is seeking a Maintenance Tech Lead for the 1st shift. This role involves overseeing equipment maintenance and repair within the distribution center. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a warehouse, along with a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include mentoring junior techs, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining repair records. The position requires physical ability to lift equipment and use industrial tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a warehouse.
• 1 year of experience as a Tech III.
• Ability to pass equipment training including scissor lift, stock picker, reach truck.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment.
• Act as department lead in supervisor’s absence, mentoring junior technicians.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
