Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance of equipment and facilities at an automated distribution center.

You will work with the DC General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. The role requires 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience, familiarity with electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and knowledge of CNC, conveyance, powder coating, welding, or laser systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Technically proficient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC, conveyance, powder coating, welding, or laser systems.
• Familiar with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC motors and variable frequency drives.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment or facility issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Support facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair needs.
