FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, seeks a Production Manager to lead PCBA production operations at Mount Pleasant, WI. You will interpret specifications and blueprints to assign work orders and support the Production Department, driving efficiency in a smart manufacturing environment.

The role requires SMT soldering knowledge, strong supervisory skills, safety and quality focus, and the ability to hire, train, and manage staff while reporting performance to senior leaders.

Formación

• Minimum Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior Production Management experience; knowledge of SMT equipment.
• Thorough understanding of PCBA and SMT operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to prepare budgets/records.
• Languages English and Mandarin in the workplace.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to interact with team members, engineers and customers.
• Must maintain efficiency and meet deadlines with team.
• Light to medium physical effort; standing/walking required.
• Vision and color perception abilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates production deadlines meeting customer requirements.
• Interprets specs/blueprints and assigns work orders.
• Collaborates with other managers to set production priorities.
• Assesses cost effectiveness and improves efficiency of processes.
• Maintains production records and prepares productivity reports.
• Oversees day-to-day workflow, attendance, and policy conformance.
• Interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Ensures health & safety compliance per EPA/OSHA guidelines.
