Mills Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and keep our properties safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained. You will oversee repairs, preventative work, and the make‑ready process, ensuring timely responses to resident needs and strong team performance.

Pay is based on experience. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on maintenance expertise across trades, and a commitment to safety and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of maintenance experience across trades (tile, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA/CPO certifications required or in process; CAMT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the property’s maintenance function.
• Prioritize and complete service requests and maintenance tasks to satisfy residents.
• Manage preventative maintenance across buildings, units, appliances, and equipment.
• Oversee make‑readies and coordinate with the property office on progress.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies and manage the maintenance budget.
