Knightvest Residential is seeking a proactive Service Manager (Maintenance Supervisor) in Orlando, FL to lead the maintenance team and ensure top property condition. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate vendors, and deliver exceptional resident service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills across trades, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification; HVAC expertise required.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred; CPO preferred or able to certify within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the maintenance team to meet goals.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, scheduling, and vendor work.
• Inspect the property daily for safety and quality compliance.
• Manage maintenance budget, invoices, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners for projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance and special projects.
• Support resident experience and timely service responses.
