Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado Springs to oversee day-to-day property maintenance, service requests, preventive maintenance, and staff supervision at assigned communities.

You will work with the Community Manager to ensure safety, compliance with OSHA and EPA standards, and resident satisfaction, while managing vendors and budgeted resources for timely make-readies and repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and scheduling of work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the community.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure upkeep.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence for maintenance supplies.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
