Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance staff across multifamily properties. You will monitor building systems, enforce safety standards, and ensure timely service delivery within a safety‑conscious environment.

As a key member of the property operations team, you will coordinate with vendors, manage inventories, and uphold OSHA compliance while maintaining high-quality living spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• High School or better required.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision.
• EPA Certification and CPO preferred.
• Basic computer, internet and email skills.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years maintenance in property management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of maintenance staff and ensure safe work practices.
• Monitor building systems, safety, electrical, HVAC, and elevators; report hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and operations manuals.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies within budget.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours; ensure timely completion.
• Keep vacant units market-ready within 7 days.
