Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee daily tasks, and ensure the upkeep of buildings and grounds.

You will schedule tasks, supervise service, housekeeping, and grounds staff, manage inventory, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with the community manager on vendor work and evictions. Supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks for units and common areas.
• Assist in interviewing and screening potential service personnel with manager.

• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate vendor work and manage inventory.
• Respond to service requests and on-call duties.
