Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures, a subsidiary of Arcosa, Inc., seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Clinton, IL facility. You will lead maintenance technicians, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure timely resolution of work orders.

The role requires diagnosing issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry systems, using PLC/CNC expertise and blueprints. You will train staff and support safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong diagnostic skills for PLC/CNC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Safety-focused maintenance approach.
• Willingness to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to complete preventive maintenance and unscheduled work orders efficiently.
• Train, coach, and guide technicians in task execution.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot using blueprints, schematics, tools, and electronic test equipment.
• Wiring and programming of electronics and control boxes with PLC and CNC programming.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and participate in safety initiatives.
