Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures in Clinton, IL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians at the Clinton plant. You will oversee preventive maintenance, diagnose operating issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing, PLC/CNC/VFD programming knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Successful supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Safety-first approach to equipment and facility maintenance.
• Strong ability to diagnose PLC/CNC/VFD issues and read blueprints.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and troubleshoot electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to complete preventive maintenance and unscheduled work orders.
• Coach and train technicians and diagnose operating issues across systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry equipment.
• Lay out, test, and modify production electronic components and control panels.
