Job summary

Inframark LLC seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to manage daily maintenance activities and supervise technicians. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical experience and the ability to train others in plant operations and safety procedures.

You will oversee SOP adherence, perform advanced repairs, and develop maintenance schedules while maintaining records. Flexibility for all shifts, including on-call emergencies, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL preferred).
• Licenses such as SCBA, CSI, Crane & Forklift, Rigging and Metal Cutting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work and provides technical direction and training to staff.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA compliance and suggests SOP improvements.
• Trains staff on plant operations, repair methods, SOPs and safety.
• Monitors staff work and coaches improvements.
• Performs advanced repairs on turbine pumps, motors, panels and pumps.
• Conducts electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
• Maintains records of work orders and completed tasks.
• Supports all shifts, including weekends, holidays and on-call emergencies.
