Job summary

NRP Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all physical aspects of the apartment community, oversee maintenance and repairs, and ensure curb appeal and safety. You will respond to service requests and enforce safety policies.

You will schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate turns, manage inventory, review bids, and work with the Community Manager on capital improvements and annual budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CFC Universal Certification required.
• Sufficient knowledge to complete maintenance assessment to supervisor standard.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community, ensuring curb appeal and safety.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and inspections; manage turns and vendor bids.
• Maintain records and monitor expenses; coordinate safety and training.
• Supervise use of major tools and equipment; respond to service requests.
