Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and coordinate daily operations across the property. You will oversee inspections, safety standards, and vendor coordination to ensure resident-ready conditions.

You’ll drive capital projects, manage budgets, and partner with the Community Manager to maintain high performance and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of property maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• At least 2 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance team and manage daily operations.
• Oversee inspections, safety, and compliance for the property.
• Lead capital and renovation projects with budget and quality goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, and CapEx planning.
