Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum Type I & II CFC refrigerant certification per 40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F.
• Certification as CMM or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Mechanical aptitude with at least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff to ensure key responsibilities are met.
• Maintain open communication with office staff and Director of Maintenance.
• Complete reporting and service requests within established timelines (24 hours).
• Turn/renovate vacant units promptly to minimize vacancy loss.
• Coordinate contractor services and review work for proper performance.
