Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance trade experience.
• Must have or obtain CMM certification within 1 year.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff to meet timely work completion.
• Schedule maintenance tasks and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Maintain open communication with office staff and report to Maintenance Director.
• Oversee work order input, completion, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect grounds, ensure safety compliance, and manage inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate contractor services and ensure contractors are not overcharging for services.
