Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Palmetto Creek Townhomes in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating requests and work orders, maintaining inventories, and implementing preventative maintenance while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards. The role requires on-site presence and responsiveness to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
