Job summary

Fogelman is hiring an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at an 82-unit community in Memphis. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily and strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills.

Certifications in HVAC and CPO are required, with vendor relations and turn management essential. Yardi and HappyCo experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily.
• HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Vendor relations, turn management and supply orders.
• Experience with Yardi and HappyCo is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance service requests and make-readies.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features to minimize liability.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule work.
• Manage supply orders and inventory.
• Inspect make-readies prior to move-in.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies; supervise the team.
• Interview, plan, and coach maintenance staff as needed.
