Job summary

Fogelman Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Polos at Hudson Corners, a 292-unit community in the Greer area. The role leads daily maintenance operations and directs a team to keep the property in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in multifamily housing, with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills. HVAC and CPO certifications are required, plus a valid driver’s license.

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair are essential skills.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Yardi and HappyCo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and assign tasks.
• Coordinate service requests and repairs to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features to minimize liability.
• Manage vendor relations, scheduling and supply orders.
• Oversee turn-key maintenance operations.
