Fogelman’s Conwood Flats Harborside in downtown Memphis is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance requests and repairs across the property, ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.

HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) is required, with 5+ years of maintenance experience. Candidates should be proficient in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, and hold a valid driver’s license for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in computers and online applications.
• Knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata and HappyCo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests as assigned.
• Complete all make-ready units.
• Care for inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Provide all personal tools and maintain their upkeep.
• Keep work area, tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.

Conwood Flats Harborside in downtown Memphis is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician. Must be HVAC certified (Universal or Type 1 & 2)

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance service requests and repairs to the buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor while providing excellent customer service to our residents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for completing all service requests as assigned.
• Responsible for the completion of all make‑ready units.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Responsible for supplying all personal tools.
• Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
• Assists in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director.
• Participates in "on call" rotation and responds to emergency calls as needed.
• Responsible for positive communications with residents, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Be aware of and operate within company safety policies at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.
• Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
