Qualifications

• HVAC certification or equivalent preferred.
• Two+ years apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Manage unit turnovers and ensure timely completion.
• Track work orders and logs using property management software.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.
