Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for Madison Shelby Farms in Memphis. The role leads the maintenance team, handles service requests, and manages turn-ins with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Certification in HVAC and CPO is required; experience with Yardi/Entrata/HappyCo is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant supervisory experience in property management preferred.
• Five years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient with computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance service requests and make-readies.
• Oversee make-readies prior to move-in and inspect grounds/buildings.
• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain property logs (refrigerant, pool chemicals, mold).
• Lead on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Fair Housing policies.
