Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II at Silver Lake, a150-unit community in Corsicana, TX. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee service requests and vendor activities, and manage preventive maintenance to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

The role requires 3–5 years in property maintenance, 1–3 years in supervision, and a background in HVAC/plumbing/electrical work. Schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of apartment/property/facilities maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid vehicle license in good standing per company policy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members, ensuring high-quality work and resident service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop maintenance staff with emphasis on safety and accountability.
• Oversee service requests, work orders, staff schedules, and vendor activities for timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, building and unit inspections, and curb appeal initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, building systems).
• Review inspection findings, obtain contractor bids, and assist with capital improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
