Winn Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join Buckingham Apartments in Los Angeles, CA. You will perform advanced apartment maintenance, troubleshoot and repair systems across the community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, while mentoring fellow technicians.

The role requires 3–5 years in residential maintenance, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of residential, multifamily, building maintenance, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency for work order management, documentation, and maintenance tracking.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
• Ability to communicate in basic English.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance and repairs in apartments, common areas, grounds, and building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues while delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance team members.
• Complete service requests, work orders, and apartment turns in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and property inspections.
• Maintain curb appeal through groundskeeping, landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal activities.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
