Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Pensacola, FL to lead on-site upkeep and service for residents. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, completing work orders promptly, and coordinating preventive maintenance across mechanical systems, pools, and exteriors.

The ideal candidate has supervisory aspirations and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Experience with HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, carpentry, heat pumps.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
