Pro Staff in Littleton, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead on a direct-hire basis. The role combines hands-on maintenance with team leadership to keep high-speed production equipment running at peak performance.

The position offers starting pay of $38/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential on 2nd shift. The successful candidate will mentor a skilled maintenance team, perform preventative maintenance, and support installation and optimization of equipment in a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing manufacturing equipment.
• High-speed automation experience required.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, supervise, and train others.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and support maintenance team members on 2nd shift.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production line calls.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, startup, and optimization of manufacturing equipment.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.
