Job summary

G A Richards Company in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of production equipment.

This role requires leadership, a strong preventive/predictive maintenance program, and the ability to respond to urgent equipment issues. The shift is 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM; pay range is $30–$38 per hour with benefits after 90 days.

Candidates should have college technical schooling and at least five years in a leadership maintenance role.

Qualifications

• College or technical school with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership maintenance role.
• Experience maintaining production equipment and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and direct equipment preventive/predictive maintenance program.
• Assist staff with complex equipment problems or major failures, repairs or overhauls.
• Establish response to maintenance calls and set call/project priorities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
