Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the equipment maintenance team responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on various industrial assets.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical control systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and VFDs.
• Manage work requests, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate emergency and unscheduled repairs and manage shift coverage to maintain operational readiness.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign maintenance orders to meet deadlines.
• Promote 5S principles to maintain organized and efficient workspaces.
• Provide coaching, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Enforce safety procedures and training for a safe industrial environment.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records.
