Job summary

Klingbeil Capital Management Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility maintenance for residential properties. The role requires strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills, on-call duties, and a safety-first mindset.

You will manage a team, hire and develop staff, ensure asset preservation, and respond to emergencies. Competitive hourly pay plus comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities and/or residential building maintenance
• 3+ years supervisory experience and hiring/retaining teams
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
• Basic carpentry, drywall and painting skills
• Experience with central plant, boilers and chillers
• Safety-minded with attention to detail
• Strong communication and professional appearance
• Proficient with MS Office and tech platforms
• On-call availability for emergencies
