Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Knoxville, TN to oversee maintenance across apartment communities. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, budgeting, and leadership of a small team. EPA and CPO certifications are required, along with HVAC expertise and Yardi knowledge.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills; EPA certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of Yardi is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies within rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior of property for curb appeal at all times.
• Oversee and manage the maintenance budget.
• Comply with OSHA, health, safety and environmental laws.
• Manage and train Service Technician and Groundskeeper staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.
