Job summary

Roundhouse in Florence, MT is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, ensure safety, and keep the property well maintained for residents. You will direct daily operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate with the Community Manager.

This full-time role offers $27-$29 per hour plus commissions for renewals and performance goals, a strong benefits package, and a culture focused on teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years property maintenance; 2+ years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor coordination, bids, and CapEx planning and execution.
• Conduct move-in readiness inspections and keep accurate records.
• Monitor budgets and keep inventories; communicate progress to managers.
