Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 3 years of prior supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance functions including electrical, PLCs, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant maintenance personnel to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain machinery and support systems at maximum efficiency.
• Follow PM programs and schedules.
