Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance coordinator to lead a team of 15 technicians in our Kentucky plant. You will oversee preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs to keep production running smoothly.

You will promote a Safety First culture, ensure SQF/GMP compliance, and work closely with the Maintenance Manager to uphold policies and drive reliability across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a 15-person maintenance team.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC problems.
• Proven track record reducing machine downtime.
• Promote a Safety First culture and maintain GMP standards.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a maintenance staff of about 15 technicians.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of plant equipment.
• Assess and troubleshoot equipment downtime to minimize production loss.
• Coordinate maintenance policies with the Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and safety procedures.
