Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Prepared Foods location in the United States.

You will oversee all plant maintenance activities, lead a team of technicians, and partner with the Maintenance Manager to implement policies ensuring a safe, clean, compliant environment. The role requires at least 3 years in maintenance with leadership experience, familiarity with PLCs, SAP and Microsoft Office, and a commitment to safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a maintenance technician or similar leadership role.
• Experience directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, building a skilled, motivated team.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance policies and procedures.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to SQF Quality Management policies, GMP practices, and safety standards.
