Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Burleson, TX seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee refrigeration systems and all facility equipment. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safety, and uphold maintenance processes across the cold storage facility.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, performing repairs, and coordinating with the General Manager on budgets and major upgrades. Overnight on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years warehouse maintenance experience.
• Ability to identify defects in refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and work orders.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and general warehouse maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of a team of maintenance professionals.
• Lead by example with company values in daily operations.
• Perform refrigeration repairs, cleaning and full service as directed.
• Coordinate with General Manager on upcoming projects and budget timing.
• Set up and install new equipment or renovate as directed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor systems; provide on-call coverage.
