Job summary

Humm Kombucha is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-shift beverage manufacturing maintenance team in Bend, OR. You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive equipment reliability to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or formal industrial maintenance training preferred.
• 3–5 years in production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in beverage/foods manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years leading/supervising teams.
• Experience with plant utilities and common manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance technicians and provide coaching.
• Coordinate maintenance coverage across day and night shifts.
• Prioritize work based on safety, production, and equipment condition.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and coordinate repairs; support startups and changes.
