USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Campina Court community in La Mesa, CA. The role supervises a maintenance team, ensures safe living environments, and coordinates with the Community Manager on emergencies and projects.

The position offers a competitive hourly salary of $25 to $27 and requires a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime and on‑call maintenance emergencies.

Competenze

• Two years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or community maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Manage overall maintenance of the community and ensure timely completion of work orders via the electronic system.
• Supervise, train and support the maintenance team in property upkeep and curb appeal.
• Ensure major repairs are reported to the Community Manager and addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with others and work independently to meet goals and timelines while maintaining safety standards.
• Conduct periodic maintenance walks and coordinate third‑party vendors under Community Manager direction.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and manage maintenance project schedules and budgets.
