Job summary

GL Partners Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily community in the Cortez Hill area of San Diego. The role leads the onsite maintenance team, oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and unit turns to uphold high operational and aesthetic standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance teams in multifamily housing.
Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize repairs quickly.
Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the maintenance team to deliver timely, high‑quality service and repairs.
Oversee unit turns, inspections, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
Manage vendor relationships, inventory, budgets, and supplies.
Ensure OSHA safety compliance and company policies.
Collaborate with Community Management to support resident satisfaction and goals.
Foster accountability, responsiveness, and pride in workmanship.
