Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Elan Overlook Laguna Apts in Laguna Niguel, CA. This hands-on role oversees the on-site maintenance team, ensures timely work orders, and upholds safety and quality standards to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apartment maintenance with supervisory experience, proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years multi-family industry experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory role preferred.
• Proficient with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach maintenance team and monitor performance against goals.
• Train staff on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures.
• Assist Community Manager with annual budget and bids.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and CONAM policies.
• Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Drive locally for property management needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
