Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, INC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Campina Court, a 60‑unit family community in La Mesa, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime for emergencies. Salary ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, non‑exempt.

The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure a safe, well‑maintained living environment, oversee maintenance staff, manage work orders, and enforce property standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in maintenance, preferably apartment maintenance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and timely completion of work orders.
• Supervises, trains and supports maintenance team members.
• Ensures major repairs are reported to the Community Manager.
• Maintains safety standards and adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
• Schedules and conducts periodic maintenance walks and inspections.
• Coordinates third‑party vendor work as directed by the Community Manager.
