Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our agricultural oils and transloading facility in New Mexico.

You will lead maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain a safe working environment while guiding a team through installations, overhauls, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. You will drive continuous improvement, interpret technical docs, and keep the computerized preventive maintenance system up to date, contributing to production goals and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations and overhauls of equipment and routine maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose maintenance issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Read manuals, blueprints and work orders to guide actions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is on schedule and CMMS is current.
• Uphold safety policies and promote safe operations.
