Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at an agricultural oils and transloading facility.

You will lead the team through equipment installations, overhauls, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs while driving continuous improvement and safety standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a strong hands-on leadership background, and the ability to mentor others in a fast-paced, safety‑driven

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership of installations and overhauls, and routine and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose complex maintenance issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints and work orders to guide actions.
• Perform and ensure regular preventive maintenance, maintain computerized PM system.
• Maintain knowledge of safety policies and lead by example.
