This Maintenance Supervisor leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations within an agricultural oils and transloading facility, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment. The position provides hands‑on leadership for equipment installations, overhauls, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs while guiding maintenance team activities and project execution. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex equipment issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, interpreting technical documentation, and maintaining computerized preventive maintenance programs. The role plays a critical part in supporting production goals through predictive maintenance practices, equipment uptime, and a strong commitment to safety excellence.
