Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Logansport, IN to maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems. You will lead preventive maintenance and respond to critical issues, applying mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include using CMMS for work orders, interpreting manuals and diagrams, and ensuring safety policies are followed to maximize reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient use of diagnostic equipment and voltage meters.
• Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance tasks and inventory.
• Respond to emergency or unscheduled maintenance needs and perform scheduled service.
• Diagnose malfunctions, determine root causes, replace components and perform testing.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
