Proven experience with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the Woburn site, optimizing equipment reliability and OEE.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs; introduce vibration analysis and thermography where applicable.
Provide hands-on leadership during equipment breakdowns; support root cause analysis with Process Engineering.
Champion safety, OSHA/EHS standards, and LOTO procedures; conduct safety audits.
