Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least one year in a lead or supervisor role.
• Experience with vacuum furnaces, CNC machinery, and precision machining tools.
• Proven CMMS experience and use in maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations at the Woburn site and oversee a team of technicians.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting during equipment breakdowns and coordinate fast repairs.
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and LOTO procedures.
• Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance staff; develop technical skills.
• Participate in site-wide continuous improvement and capital project support.
• Manage spare parts inventory and assist in the maintenance budget.
