Job summary

Eaton is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor at our Woburn, MA facility to lead maintenance of vacuum brazing furnaces, CNC machines, and precision tooling, prioritizing uptime and safety.

You will manage maintenance technicians, implement preventive and predictive programs, use FIXX CMMS to document work orders, and collaborate with Process Engineering to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Eight years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• At least one year as lead or Supervisor.
• Experience with vacuum furnaces, CNC machinery, and precision machining tools.
• Proven CMMS experience.
• Eaton does not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and oversee repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Use FIXX CMMS to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities.
• Improve uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs; introduce predictive techniques where applicable.
• Support safety audits and ensure OSHA/EHS compliance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance technicians; drive continuous improvement.
