Job summary

You will lead a team, drive preventive maintenance, and push for high uptime in aerospace manufacturing. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and collaboration with Process Engineering to optimize equipment and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Eight years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least one year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with vacuum furnaces, CNC machines, and precision machining tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians to repair, maintain, and optimize manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and run preventive and predictive maintenance programs; leverage FIXX CMMS to document work orders and parts.
• Drive safety and compliance with OSHA/EHS and LOTO; conduct regular safety audits.
• Lead root cause analysis with Process Engineering for recurring issues.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and help develop the maintenance budget.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment installation with Production and Process Engineering.
